No apologies for the delay drop my bag and I yelled for him to come back. After I explained he just rolled his 👀. How dare they call this fast food. Looks like the GM need more trai ingredients on time management & customer service.

New place and looks like they need new management lmao
- KFKate FantoliJun 9, 20261.0I placed the catering order Nicole’s review is discussing. I contacted catering Saturday as soon as we discovered the problem when picking up. They said a email would follow, it has not. I then contacted customer service and spoke with someone yesterday and it’s been 24hrs without an emailed response about even my refund. All of these issues are management related. Better training/hiring is needed. They cannot control electrical issues but they do have control of their phone and could have called catering for them to get ahold of me as soon as they realized they didn’t have power (all they have to do is call the store number and it can connect to catering) so they could reach out to me. So instead of it being an oh crap that sucks with stress. It became a very stressful moment 30 min before my event. Ordering was for 80ppl.

I could understand that they miscalculated in the beginning, but things don’t seem to be improving. They also need to clean the tables more often, it is often messy and dirty. I was happy to see this new location opening up near me, but it has been a disappointment.
