Whole lobby was disgusting there wasnt one table without crumbs or sauce on it whoever works here obviously cant read either because the coke machine has root beer in it ...honestly waste of money and gross atmosphere next time id rather go to mcdonalds. I was in the middle of making my order and my wife asked me a question about what we ordered for our kids and i turned around after just saying "yea get two drinks" and the employee started taking the next persons order. Like completley rude, and then ontop of that every trash can was filled to the top with garbage so bad there was garbage on the tables next to the trash. Wont be coming to the dayville location again for a while...hopefully they rehire some competent staff that can read and set the soda machine upnthe right way because, you know how hard that must be. Goodluck if you try the food here maybe the odds forever be in youre favor.
I have visited this Chipotle around a dozen times over the past 45 days, so I feel like I have a fair basis to review this location. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is a consistent lack of quality control.
I order the same bowl every time, but the experience varies significantly from visit to visit. The steak is not consistently cut or portioned, the serving sizes are inconsistent, and I have had issues with ingredient quality. On one visit, I found very large chunks of cheese in my bowl that clearly had not been properly grated and had to remove them. I have also had my bowl cross-contaminated with hot or medium salsa when I only order pico, which is very obvious when the bowl suddenly becomes spicy.
The drink station has also been a recurring problem. For much of the past month, the soda machine has not been functioning properly. Both Coca-Cola taps have been broken, one of them dispenses root beer, the Coke Zero tap does not work, and several of the drink taps spray carbonated liquid everywhere. I have mentioned the issue multiple times, but it still has not been fixed.
The chips are also hit or miss. They are often soggy or undercooked, and the portion sizes are inconsistent.
Overall, this location seems to have a clear lack of focus on quality control and the customer experience. I like Chipotle and I keep hoping this location improves, but after repeated visits with the same types of issues, it has become difficult to justify continuing to come here.
Let me begin by saying that the employees who work here seem very nice and welcoming and the interior seems resonably clean to me. That said, this location has a lot of problems. I know it opened recently, so I decided to give it multiple tries. The first time I came, the line was moving so slowly that after about 15 min, I left. The line was not incredibly long--really, just what you would expect of a normal Chipotle at the lunch hour, but it was not moving. The second time I came, I arrived right as they opened. I ordered a burrito. The staff member rolling it almost completely destroyed it and stood there looking confused for a while. Then another employee joined in, and what I got was a burrito that had to be put in a bowl--No offer to replace it, nothing. Okay--again, everyone was nice. The final time I came, I arrived right as they opened. Nothing was ready. The employees told me to wait "just a minute," but minutes passed and very little happened: the food on the line was mostly missing. Employees stood around looking confused, trying to figure out who should do what. Noone seemed to be in charge. What this suggests to me is very poor training and management. I'll give it a little while and try one more time--maybe they can get their act together. As of now, I am very disappointed.
Expect to wait 30 minutes for your “fast food”. There were only 4 people in line and we had to wait 30 minutes. Very understaffed. Chipotle’s system of not allowing staff to go to other stations that need help is a major flaw in their operations system. People couldn’t even eat their food because there were no forks. When I asked, he brought me one fork instead of refilling the self serve canister.

I love the food at Chipotle, which is why I continue to come back to this location. That said, if it wasn't 5 minutes away, I'd find another Chipotle or go to Moe's, because the service here is in sore need of improvement. It usually takes between 20-30 minutes to get food, even with only 3 people in line. They run out of major ingredients constantly (rice, chips, steak, etc.). On my last visit, staff was texting and facetiming with no sense of urgency to aid customers. No one seems to be aware what's going on, either. For example, during my most recent visit, the girl serving me said they didn't have any guac or lettuce, but then when I pushed the issue, another staff said they did have it in the walk-in. This kind of stuff happens every time I go to chipotle. On top of all this, the place always looks messy and dirty. I want this location to succeed, and I truly love Chipotle, but some major revamps need to happen!
