I worked 119.5 hours during my busiest week. There are an unbelievable number of one star reviews and all management does is apologize. Send someone from corporate out there and fix the problem or else close the location and don't let it drag down your brand. I use Google for work and I believe over 500 reviews says something. The average review is two stars at this location. Terrible

- MLMark LutrelleAug 11, 20262.0i hate to leave a bad review at one of my favorite restaurant chains ever but i have no choice today, I literally go out of my way to stop at chipotle anywhere i see one and was so excited for this new location but this has to be the most poorly managed and taken care of one ive been too. Ive been here 4 times in the last 3 weeks around noon time and each time they say they are out of chips and rice and the last two times there was barely any meat at the bottom of the pans, idk whats going on here because other locations get way more business than this one and its getting incredibly annoying, on top of that nobody seems to be alive that is working there and it’s definitely understaffed, i just feel so bad telling all my students how awesome this place is for this location to slap me in the face continuously. please fix this someone

They were out of almost everything both times I've been there, but yet there's workers sitting down playing with their phones not giving a crap about customer service. There's foods mixed in with each other because there so sloppy and lazy. I even heard two workers talking about how they spit in someone's food who they didn't like. It's a rip off and the most unprofessional place I've ever seen!!! Do not let them screw you over!!
