This location has terrible customer service! The employees at the drive through window are incredibly rude. There have been several times we received products completely melting or falling off of cones. They give attitude when we asked for it to be remade because the ice cream was LITERALLY falling off the cone. The final straw for us was our last visit when we ordered two small cones, one vanilla and one twist. The vanilla cone was half the size of the twist cone and we questioned how they could both possibly be smalls when the vanilla looked like a kiddie cone. The kid in the windows response was because its by weight, laughed and closed the window in our face. Last I checked they dont have scales in their hands when making cones. We will not be giving this location anymore and will be telling our friends and family the same, which is sad since it has been our go to location since we were children.
