- HHHaleySep 21, 20261.0Tonight, I placed an order at Wingstop and arrived around 11:40 PM. As a pregnant woman, I asked to use the bathroom, and I was denied. At that time, every other nearby store was closed, and I was expecting to be able to use the restroom as a paying customer. What made the situation even worse was that the employees also refused to give me my order. The two workers in the back and the worker at the front all told me that if I wanted my food, I would have to come behind the counter to get it myself. I was already extremely uncomfortable and urgently needed to use the bathroom. On top of that, I was nauseous from being hungry and just wanted to get my food and leave. After several minutes of going back and forth with the employees, I eventually had to find my own order. By that point, my vision had become extremely blurry from feeling so unwell and from the stress of the situation. I have been a customer at this location for several years, but after tonight, this will be my last visit. The customer service at this location has never been particularly good, but it was convenient. Tonight, however, the way I was treated crossed a line. I will be contacting corporate to make them aware of what happened. If you have the option of going to another location, I strongly recommend doing so. Regardless of whether employees are trying to leave work on time, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Tonight, I did not feel like I was treated as a human being.

I tried calling but if course no answer and I didn't want to drive back and wait another 20 minutes to get my order correct. Very disappointing. Hard to get what you order
