  Super kind employees! Everyone was very kind and went above and beyond! The food was amazing! I tried 3 things and loved each one! The food seemed very authentic too!

  Excellent! I had beef pho, and veggie egg rolls. All excellent and very tasty. I took off a star because only 3 chairs in there, but it's not a big deal, this is more of a carryout restaurant. I'll be coming back for sure, and looking forward to it.

  I recently visited PhoGo Express and had mixed feelings about the experience. The chicken bánh mì itself tasted good, but it could have used more meat. My biggest issue was the ordering process and customer service. There was a sign outside advertising a bánh mì combo with fries and a drink for $10.99, so I expected that to be easy to order. However, when I used the self-order kiosk, I couldn’t find the combo anywhere. No one greeted me when I walked in or offered any assistance or recommendations. I ended up ordering the chicken bánh mì, assuming it would include the fries and drink from the advertised combo. When my order came out without the fries, I was told I needed to order the combo through the kiosk. If the combo wasn’t easy to find, it would have been nice if someone had pointed it out or simply included the fries since I was clearly trying to order the advertised special. They did let me have the drink, which I appreciated, but the overall experience left me disappointed. The food has potential, but better customer service and a clearer ordering process would make a big difference.
