- HMHazel MiceliMay 3, 20264.0Always love the food, sometimes I will receive the occasional wrongly made item, but it's got nothing to do with the food, it's the employees that are to blame for these things. This visit there were zero mistakes in my order, actually, my cashier even surprisingly suggested that if I was a rewards member, that I remember, next time (because I forgot to tell her my code prior to ordering), that it's gotta be communicated to the cashier A THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE TRANSACTION. Occasionally I do have a speech for communication issue with employees due to the fact that they do not speak English well, so there are a lot of miscommunications which have led to in the past wrong orders, then trying to correct the order with them I usually have to go inside if I'm going through the drive-thru and they will still be giving me the same employee who doesn't understand and in fact on more than one occasion have argued with me about my order when they have no idea what I ordered because if they did I would have received my order correctly.I have a suggestion that if they do not speak English very well then they be put away from the public and use them in another area of the restaurant. Also another suggestion that I may add to my review is that there is some way to scan your code after your order or in any moment or anytime during the visit at McDonald's.

I've stayed away from McDonald's for several years and today was the first time back since then. I'm not impressed. I won't be back. Bob
