  Waited nearly 15 minutes at drive through order window, then got my food, got home to eat my food and the burger was literal just a slice of cheese on the buns. I tried calling them to fix the situation so I didnt waste gas or time coming all the back for it to be fixed, but they wouldnt answer so I drove all the way back out here and all they would do is refund the burger. No other compensation. Id not come to this location for a little while until they are able to sort out whatever going on here.

  Had instant diarrhea and regurgitation after eating here. And that was, after waiting 42 minutes only to be told that they were understaffed and needed to use the kiosk. Then I had to wait twenty four minutes after the forty two minutes just to get my food.

  I don't know about this one on Washington St, Hartford, CT since I waited to order for 15 minutes before I just walked out!!!!!

  Great food and friendly service! I really enjoyed my meal, and the drive-thru was surprisingly quick. Perfect spot for a fast bite when you're on the go!
