    This is my closest Dunkin and I have been coming here since it opened. When it first opened everything was great and the workers were kind and personable, I never had any complaints until this last year. Within the past couple months the quality of people being hired here is ridiculous. I’ve once worked fast food and I’ll be the first to say the new workers that have been hired here have no customers service skills at all, Don’t greet customers or use basic manners and the sense of urgency these workers have is also non existent. There’s one specific heavy set tan young kid with long curls who does not need to be taking orders at all. I’ll order at the intercom and get to the window and have to reorder again because he wasn’t listening, also I went to go pay with my card one day and the pay screen had a tip option with the different percentages, before I could read and process it he goes just “choose anyone it doesn’t matter” after I read the screen I told him it does matter! He clearly didn’t think I was going to read it and realize. I clicked “no tip” so fast and told him that instead of saying “just pick anyone” he should let customers know that screen is for tips and tips goes based off customer service! Yesterday I went 6/19/2026 around 1:30-2:00 time frame and I didn’t even realize the chaos ahead of me. I order my usual coffee and loaded hashbrowns. I got my coffee then the young black man with locks who looked completely lost, confused and once again had no sense of urgency at all told me to park on the side, I go and there’s already 3 other cars parked on the side who apparently been there for 10 mins or longer, one lady was requesting a refund because she was waiting the longest. I sat and observed the whole time. There was only two people working. I ask the tan female worker with curly blonde hair and butterfly neck tattoos if their is a supervisor on sight that I can speak to she said “no, they left me alone” at that point I just felt bad. The young man that was working with her wasn’t that big of a help and bringing food and drinks to the wrong cars and they were both running back and forth. Working with younger people/kids their should ALWAYS be a supervisor on sight! I stood and observed I got my loaded hashbrowns approximately 13 mins later. Which I guess I can be grateful for because there were people who were parked before me that stood waiting but overall this Dunkin is now what it use to be, I don’t typically write reviews but get it together!

    Service is absolutely horrible, they will keep taking orders and have people waiting in the driveway for half hour and have an attitude because you have to repeat the order three damn times, hire someone who wants a check because the people who work here do not care about their job

    I pull up and the voice on the intercom asks me for me order. I try give it but they interrupt me asking over and over "how can I help you" while laughing and giggling. Another voice comes on eventually says that was a coworker. I'm tired and hungry and stressed I needed something in my belly and I am always polite. This was not only unexpected but soured me something awful. Left without ordering.

    it must be too early for them girls to be up or sum , they wake up bright and early to give attitude through them lil microphones. then when i asked who was on the intercoms i was blatantly ignored.. like yea let's defend that behavior 😂 maybe it's the pay who knows 🤣
