  My experience at this Dunkin’ was extremely disappointing. Since it’s a Dunkin GO location, I expected faster and more organized service, but it’s actually the opposite. Almost every time I go there, something is wrong with my order, and it has happened multiple times already. Recently, I bought one of the cheaper meal deals, and the sandwich came completely burnt. The coffee tasted like water with no flavor at all. The employees also do not pay attention to the orders. Customers have to repeat themselves several times, and even then the order still comes out wrong. Then, when it’s time to pay, the price is sometimes different from what was ordered. The customer service is terrible as well. They take a very long time to help customers, and when we question an incorrect order, the employees argue instead of trying to fix the problem politely. They always seem to be in a bad mood and careless while taking orders. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations, but this is by far the worst one I have ever visited. I would rather drive to another location across the city than come back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars.

  Order was completely wrong. My cold brew was so stale. I had to park and wait 10 minutes for my food.
