  It was very difficult to order to just coffee and fries due to communication issues with the cashier. Also hot coffee was really cold, even iced coffee woth milk had just a few drops of milk. Not a good experience

  I’m not sure the name of the manager who was on duty. I went through the drive thru around 6:45 and she was HORRIBLE. I ordered a large fry and a half Coke half Diet Coke as I do almost everyday. She then told me, “I’m sorry we cannot do that.” When I explained that I do this almost everyday without an issue she said’ “well I am not going to do it” and made me come inside. This is the antithesis of customer service and is the epitome of pure laziness. Someone like this should not be in a position of power, because purely they get a power trip.

  Hi! I was just at this location about a hour ago and my daughter accidentally left her water bottle in the women’s bathroom. It has her name engraved on it. I’ve tried calling several times but haven’t been able to get through to anyone. Could someone please let me know the best way to get in touch with the store or check if it’s been found? I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

  People who do not purchase anything after 30 minutes of seating need to be told to leave. Booths and tables are not for leaching free wifi. This location's Big Arch sandwich causes extreme pain to intestines and guts: the French onions on sandwich rip apart intestines. This location overdoses French onions on Big Arch. This location needs to instruct adults of children inside playground to remain with children inside playground. Staff and other patrons are not babysitters.

  I am giving this ONLY 1 star because I can't give a zero. The cashier in the drive-thru the one on the outer side\right side at 4:35 today was EXTREMELY RUDE. I said hello and I was in such a happy mood she came on with attitude telling me " Mam can you wait a few seconds?!?" With a rude attitude and tone. So I said " Why are you give me attitude all I said was hello" now she said "WELL if you said hello and I did not answer it means that I am BUSY.". She needs to learn customer service she has no idea how to deal with the public! I'm NEVER going back there!!
