I specifically asked for NO bacon. But they still put it on my hash browns.

I come here. I ask for a medium hot coffee light and sweet. I pull up to the door and the ladies try to give me a large refresher I did not order and a small coffee. I corrected them. Said I only got a medium hot. A young lady in the back refuted and said “no it was definitely a small”. The cashier charged me 10.38 but only gave me a medium hot. So I got charged for a refresher and a small coffee but only got a medium! I want my 6.69 back 🫩

I wanted to share feedback regarding an extremely disappointing experience I had at your drive-thru today while visiting with my three children in the car. I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant sandwich, however the order was initially made incorrectly on a plain bagel instead of the croissant I requested. While mistakes certainly happen, the experience became increasingly frustrating after the sandwich was remade. The replacement sandwich was served with cheese that was completely cold and unmelted. I politely asked if it could simply be warmed a bit more so the cheese would melt properly. At that point, the manager came to the drive-thru window and immediately became confrontational and emotionally reactive. She stated that if I wanted the cheese melted, I “needed to ask at the speaker,” which honestly caught me off guard, as I have never encountered that requirement before at any Dunkin location. I calmly explained that this has never been an issue in the past and that my expectation was simply to receive the sandwich prepared correctly and served hot. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to resolve the situation professionally, the manager became increasingly dismissive and raised her voice. She repeatedly stated that she “had a line” and that the interaction was “taking too long,” while also saying she “didn’t care.” As a customer, and especially as a parent with children witnessing the interaction, I found the behavior incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. What was most disappointing was not the incorrect sandwich itself, but the complete lack of customer care, emotional control, and professionalism displayed by leadership. Client experience matters. The way employees and managers respond when something goes wrong is what truly defines a business. Experiences like this are the reason many customers gravitate toward companies like Starbucks. While consumers may pay more, they are paying for consistency, professionalism, accountability, and an elevated customer experience that positively sets the tone for the day. Customers should never feel dismissed, rushed, or spoken to disrespectfully for simply asking for their order to be corrected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a coaching opportunity around professionalism, emotional intelligence, and customer service standards. No customer should leave feeling the way I did after such a simple request. Thank you for your time.
