A larger spanish lady rang me up and I was using a Susan b Anthony dollar to pay and wouldn't accept it saying it's not real or American money. If you live in this country you should know the money used. Wouldn't give me her name either. Extremely rude service. Never will I be coming here again. I suggest if you want fast and respectable customer service this is not the dunkin to go to. I have been going to dunkin for years and I have never received such terrible customer service....highly disappointed. Do better Dunkin.

When i pulled up to the window to pickup my order she was screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs towards an employee. The employee was very sweet and kind and kept his composure. She even told him to ignore all app requests. This type of behavior needs to be reported to corporate and she needs to get fired.

Believe it or not, Dunkin' Donuts counter lady, your customers are NOT idiots, are NOT beneath you, and actually are the reason you have your job. They may be under new management, but the new management needs to have a talk with their counter staff.
