  Stay away from this location. The management is terrible, the staff is rude, the food is old and incredibly stale, they are out of stock on every item, this location is so badly mis-managed. I should have known this was gonna be horrible any DD with an empty parking lot was the first sign then the very eclectic RUDE staff that could care less about the customer, food safety, or freshness.

  This DD is just a filthy toilet bowl!!! I cannot believe how bad this location is. I’m guessing it’s under new management/ ownership. The owners I remember the husband looked like the “time to make the donuts guy” and the wife had a permanent RBF, but they ran a great shop, food was fresh, store was always stocked!! It was always clean!! It has been a few years since I’ve been to this location and it really shows. I just wanted a simple coffee cake muffin and 2 chocolate milks. Nothing complicated or difficult something that just about any 4 grader could handle and well THEY FAILED!!! I went to the cooler no chocolate milks, no white milks, just soda, juices, and Powerade’s. There were no empty spaces where Chocolate milk or white milk could go. So in my stupidity I thought oh they must keep it in the back!! NOPE , I asked the clerk for chocolate milk she points to cooler, I said there is none in there and there is no location for it either. Her response then we ain’t got it. WOW!!!! They got a rude rocket scientist working here. So I said I want a coffee cake muffin she grabs it and I wanted a light and sweet coffee. Total is $8.45 I went to hand her a $20 she rudely goes got anything smaller!!! Finally get over my ordeal with her get my muffin. Get my coffee and leave. The muffin was definitely not from this years collection to say it was stale is a severe understatement!! This muffin was so old Obama was in congress when they made it. The coffee is black and maybe sugar even though the sticker says 5 sugar 4 creams. So muffins older then the staff, no milk, chocolate milk, or cream, rude employees, filthy store, and no management or support.

  I couldn’t believe what I saw it was Disgusting I was going to work. I said let me get a drink and something to eat before I came in. There was a guy taking my order. We have a piercing in his nose and he was playing with his nose and taking my order literally in front of me and his parents piercing look like he confection in it. I don’t know, but there is some stuff come out of his nose. It was disgusting. Playing with his nose taking my order I got stomachache and the second guy he came literally his jeans was down one hand he make coffee. The second hand is holding his pants so I fell out. Like seriously what’s going on over here? Did the owner see the people he hire? This is not funny. This is too any drinks that disgusting the guy he never watched his hand. I left even out taking my order that was disgusting like seriously

  So me and my fiancé went to get our usual and and we’re standing there waiting patiently we didn’t get a hello or anything the guy(Italian) who cut us gets a hello how are you ! (From the Italian female worker) We looked at each other like wow ! so the Spanish male Employee comes from the back and says hello what can I get ya my fiance started telling him and the (Italian employee says ITS NO CARAMEL !) My fiancé says ok fine forget the caramel . I ordered separately to see how she’d be towards me and she she was rude what can I get you ! Super rude I tell her and she’s rolling her eyes and speaking rudely when I’m asking her about the new marshmallow drink. So me and my fiancé are waiting for my food and watched how she treated the other customers and she was super friendly to the none black customers ! We looked at each other again ! We realized she doesn’t like blacks which she judged wrong because my mom is Italian and I’m both Italian and black, super unacceptable ! She even charged one guy just for his donut and not his coffee ! If your black be aware of the racist atmosphere!
