  Wow, I can’t believe I’ve lived here for 4 years without ever trying this place!! I tried their Donburiya Tteokbokki and Thai coffee today, and both completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely amazing, it was so flavorful, fresh, and SO yummy. I could literally eat the tteokbokki every day for the rest of my life lol. The Thai coffee was also one of the best I’ve had. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was really welcoming, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the food. I’m already excited to come back and try more from the menu. Definitely a new favorite spot for me!!

  Service was a highlight - I ordered ahead for our group since we were tight on time, and they were friendly and accommodating. The crab rangoon was genuinely very good. After that, things flattened out. I had the eel box; the rest of the table got salmon teriyaki and tonkatsu don. The eel was unremarkable, the rice was passable, the vegetable gyoza was decent, and the salad was underdressed. Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. What drops this from a 3 to a 2 is the value. $26 for the eel box, $26 for a small sad piece of salmon teriyaki - the prices wouldn't sting if the portions felt commensurate, but everything came out small. If you come hungry, you'll leave hungry. Kumo is a few minutes away and does this kind of meal better for the money - hard to recommend Donburiya over it.

  Amazing food, awesome service and very comfortable / cozy dine in area. Staff and cook are very pleasant. Definitely my #1 restaurant for quality Japanese and Korean cuisine.

  Came in with a group of friends and was immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming environment. The restaurant itself was clean, organized, and extremely cute with a gorgeous mural! I personally had the salmon fried rice and it was excellent, flavor was wonderful and the portions were perfect.

  Absolutely loved the food I received and felt very welcome the moment I walked inside. I had the Takoyaki and Spicy Miso Ramen which was absolutely delish. I would come back here again and again to try everything else.
