During my order, the employee took my initial order and then immediately moved on to the next customers without confirming I was finished. When I tried to continue ordering, I was told I would have to go to the back of the line and wait again. I explained that I wasn’t done ordering because I was never asked if my order was complete. After some back and forth, another employee eventually took the rest of my order and I was able to check out. However, the experience didn’t improve at checkout, no napkins or utensils were provided for two burrito bowls, and I had to leave without them. I understand fast food locations can get busy, but the service felt disorganized and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location and will go elsewhere in the future, even if it means driving
