- LLLoi LeAug 23, 20262.0Honestly, tonight was one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, which I completely understand because I know you’re busy. But when it was finally my turn, I asked for lettuce after everything was already in the bowl, and I was told there wasn’t any available. The problem is, I could clearly see lettuce sitting about four feet away at the takeout station. I was told it couldn’t be used, which honestly makes no sense to me. At that point, I just left. The whole situation felt extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ll probably never go back to Chipotle again.

Though they skimp her much more then me,I don’t know if it’s cuz I’m a larger man but I never understand why yall shorten the portions when the customers are literally paying for it. If anything use a spoon that gives the exact fair portion or weigh the food or just tell the workers to stop being so stingy. Please do better because 12$ for a bowl of a lil rice and a few pieces of chicken is wild. God bless.
