  The girl working the customer service counter today at noon was so very helpful. She helped me by giving me a lesson on patience today under her breath. I will move forward in my life keeping this lesson in mind while never going to your store again

  Stop & Shop, please take out the field bottles and cans so I can return my recycling. Every time I come to this location, the machines are always full and the other half broken. If you have this many people returning bottles in cans, you should be upkeep the machines I’m sorry but every single time this is the outcome this should be fixed thank you.

  Let's see. First of all, someone needs to start checking dates. I have found expired Lunchables and yogurt. Your service desk person, Melissa is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my go points and she rudely said she isn't going to take care of me and walked away. This isn't the first bad experience I have had with her. I tried returning a deli order that wasn't right. Not only did she question me about it (I had asked for pastrami and got roast beef instead) she thought I was lying and proceeded to eat the meat that I was trying to exchange. And she did this right in front of me. In general, I have received very good service in this store. She on the other hand has been nothing but rude.

  This is the only stop and shop that doesn't do their job in pick up, in other stop and shop the delivery waits in the car the only stop and shop that I have to get off, I have no problem but decide, don't be lazy
