- CCCTVinMar 6, 20261.0Every day for the last 6 years, I have visited this location or the 1056 Poquonnock Rd shop. I make it easy on the cashiers by having exact change ready plus a dollar tip. EVERY DAY. Today I asked for a small cup of water for my dog and was told "we don't do that". GUESS WHAT...Never going to Dunkin again anywhere. Apparently my loyalty and goodwill mean nothing.
- LLLisa LisaFeb 28, 20261.0I went through the drive thru a little after 9pm. And the employee was struggling with what he has to do at night and to stay open. He was by himself!!!!! That is such a huge safety concern and the load of work he has to do and to manage to try to stay open, is absolutely ridiculous. Do better management. Employee was so polite but I can tell me pulling up stressed him because of all he has to do. Take care of your employees, should never be just 1 person.

Every one on the shift rn has an attitude problem, and a problem getting the order correct. It’s not that hard, just read the receipt. Since youre too good for anything else.
- AHAlly HoldridgeDec 21, 20252.0out of all bagels other than cinnamon raisin, the lady at the window was nice, but the guy on the microphone not so much. we scanned a coupon for a free drink, but it did not register. once we got to the window, the drink was not on the order. then they added two. then charged for the drink that was supposed to be free. disappointed but not surprised lol i try to not go to dunkin anymore. edit: they also didn’t put the cream cheese on the bagels, and there was plenty of employees inside. if i wanted to pull over to put cream cheese on my bagel, id go to the grocery store.
