- RMRichard McCullochSep 5, 20261.0I have been in Dunkin’ Donuts in 34 states and this one is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I was there over an hour before they close. They have a parking lot but no sign on the door to tell you they won’t let you in. The lights were off and turned down so you would not stop. The employee was rude and told me I had to go to the drive up. There is no one in the drive up so I asked if I could give my one line order then I would go to the drive up. She said to go to the drive through then she would take my order. So I drive to the drive up which is hard with the lights off. So I ask for 2 bacon, egg and cheese wraps and she tells me the oven is off. They turn it off an hour and a half before they close. All the Dunkin’s I go to the have a combination microwave oven which cook what I asked for very quickly. She said she can’t help me. She offered nothing accept good bye. I could have taken the ingredients home for the wraps and had my dinner. When a franchise doesn’t like customers then they should lose the franchise. Not only what I said but this place is disgustingly dirty. Garbage on the counters and floor. If you really don’t like customers then at least clean the place. Very sad and the management at this location has no idea what is going on. I will try again in a few months but I have a feeling this place is a total loss.

No one came over to help me if you were not able to use the window maybe you shouldn’t have it or maybe teach your crew how to do the right jobs. It’s not that hard to be a respectful human.

Waited 10 min in line only to get to the intercom and was told drinks only because of short staffing. Poor management. Looks like no changing in sight for this place!
