MANAGEMENT IS SUPER SKETCHY— DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! The store was not able to fulfill my order due to being out of boxes for coffee, and could not issue a refund in-store. After weeks of reaching out to several different contacts to try and get a refund, I was told they would not be able to refund my purchase, even though I did not receive the product I paid for.
Employees were super rude. Me and friends wanted to order drinks afterschool and for some reason the register wasn’t working up at the front so we ordered from the side? Who cares it’s whatever. We told the lady that we wanted to look at the menu up at the front so we checked it out then two employees came out and told us that they don’t know why you guys are up here at the front to order she shouldn’t have let you past her. Well… we just wanted to look at the menu really quick since we aren’t usually customers. Only good thing to say, at least my drink was decent.

Ordered 3 drinks via the app and all three were wrong. Instead of a hot chocolate I was handed a small black hot coffee. And the iced banana drinks were missing parts to their beverages. The lack of staff is probably why these locations are so bad after "peak" day parts. I'm tired of spending $20 and not getting what I ordered.
the employees and management are rude, refuse phone calls when their service is subpar at best and never make the food right. the day this location shuts down and is replaced with something better will be a significant improvement in this town

The food's good, whenever it's made right. The coffee is decent, whenever it's made right. Which many of those times, about 80-90% of the time, it never is, you're much better off either going to Starbucks or BigY right across the street for coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches, because at least neither of them would blatantly ignore the fact that I had the order confirmation for food I got, but was refused service just because they didn't have a little piece of paper saying they received the order, which I can only assume they threw the receipt out and said they "didn't get it." When me and my brother asked if there was anything we (or God forbid, they) could do to, and they just kept saying that because they didn't have the receipt, they weren't going to make the food, then when my mom called back asking what was going on with the food, they hung up on her and took the phone off the receiver!
Would give this a zero stars, if I could, but I can't. BigY has much better food, anyway and will never be ordering from this DD again. 0/10, will never recommend, not even to my worst enemy.
