- JBJean B2 days ago1.0I ordered it on Uber eats for a self pick up. When I get there, they could not find my order, which said "ready to pick up" on the app. Then the manager let me know that the order was not there, somebody already picked it up and I just have to cancel. He said "Uber eats does this all the time, they do double orders and whoever picks up first will get it". I let them know it's my own order under my name. Then the guy finally found my order that just printed out from the computer and has my name on it. I said "that's my name, how come you said you didn't have my order here". Then the guy tried to be sneakily and scrunched the paper. They still insist someone already picked up my order (when my order just came out of the computer!???) makes no sense. Then the manager came back and told me to call the customer if the customer already got the food. Then I said "I am the customer! Picking up my own food!" Then he goes "Oh shit". They asked me to parked the car and go in, they will make my order again....... This is very frustrating for me when I supposed to just grab and go. I spent 20mins extra on something they fucked up. And the way they handle the situation was very unprofessional and shitty. I didn't hear any sincere apologies. The manager should be retrained. Worse experience ever :(
