The fact that not one person who worked there seemed to care that the cars were wrapped around the building, customers going in and out complaining about how long they were waiting in their cars. Just completely baffled! Do not recommend! They need some time management training and more staff.

I came in just wanting a half steak half honey chicken bowl but was meet with utter disappointment. First they didn’t even have the half chicken which is okay because I understand that a lot of others may have wanted it too. The problem lies in the fact that every other protein option besides the streak looked inedible. Now u may be wondering why not just get full steak, well The steak looked like bacon bits and there was like 7 bacon bits crumb pieces left then I add everything else to the bowl and I decide to get a large chips and Guac, oh brother. I’m full convinced they made the chips at the start of the shift and then poured them out on the side walk let them sit for 5 hours and re bagged them. Stale chips. And I almost forgot there wasn’t any lemonade Jesus Christ ! And next to the fountain machine was the most disgusting thing ever holy smokes. Good service though.

They do not treat your food with respect here. Its the most inconsistent I've ever seen a restaurant if you can even call it that. I used to enjoy this location and eat here almost daily, but it has gone so down hill, getting food here is to expect disappointment. Filthy store too, always. Never written a review in my life, but this store is beyond fixing, they need real management fast.
