A small but understandable inconvenience. HOWEVER I have not received a refund for my order. I have placed several calls with promise of a reply but have neither received a phone call or a refund in well over 2 weeks! What started as an understandable inconvenience is now me hunting someone down for a basic refund that should have been done automatically the following day. In the future if you shut off the stove, shut off your ordering system.
