I love eating here because the food feels really fresh and healthy but still tastes amazing. It is so much fun to walk down the line and pick exactly what I want in my bowl, from the different types of rice to the spicy lamb and all the crunchy toppings. The crazy feta dip is my absolute favorite thing because it has a little kick to it that goes perfectly with the warm pita bread. The staff is always moving really fast to keep the line going, but they are still friendly and patient while you decide which toppings to add. It is a great spot to grab a quick lunch that doesn't make you feel tired afterward, and I always leave feeling full and happy.

I want to start by saying I appreciate Cava as a brand and the food overall, but this specific location has consistently been a disappointing experience for me.
The food quality is often poor—items are carelessly prepared, portions are noticeably small, and even when I request double servings, it rarely feels like I’m getting what I paid for. It’s frustrating to see such inconsistency compared to what I expect from Cava.
On top of that, the overall atmosphere of the team seems disorganized. I’ve overheard staff members on multiple occasions expressing concerns about the manager, and it shows in the way the store operates. The lack of effective leadership is clearly impacting both the employees and the customer experience.
At this point, it feels like this location is not being properly managed, and it reflects badly on the brand as a whole.

I love the taste of the food and it is usually very clean, but was also told pita does not come in the kids meal and was charged for it. I went to the Westport location days later and pita was included.
I get the kids meal and there is one young server who barely puts any meat or toppings in my order. The food costs, I want to get what I am paying for. Literally got a spot of chicken, cabbage and a few tomatoes. It's good, but server's should be consistent. I will stick to the Westport location!
