  We ordered a big box of fried chicken and a dessert plate for our graduation party, and when we got there for both the dessert plate and the fried chicken box were not ready. And when we asked for them to make it, it took an extra hour and a half.

  So sad to see such a great company 15 years ago dissolving to its current form. Terrible customer service terrible selections now I have to bring my money to Simsbury to Big Y. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears because they actually do not care at all

  Guess which one came from Big Y and which one I bought at Stop and Shop? Same day purchase. S&S has a literal fungus. AGAIN. I am done shopping here. I posted this in FB and literally every comment mentions the same poor quality in Stop and Shops around the state.
