    I went on my subway app and ordered 3 subs last night. 2 of them had tomato and one was lettuce onions green peppers pickles and olives on white bread. No tomatoes on that one because my daughter is allergic. When we got our order not only were two of the sandwiches on wrong breads but there were tomatoes on all 3 subs, there were only supposed to be two with tomatoes but my daughter had tomatoes on hers and could have been hurt if I didn’t check it first. Now I am not one to file complaints but when I email the store and told him what happened this is what he sent me. Dear Katrina Bernardi, I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience. Good afternoon after looking up your transaction receipt, it shows 2 out of the 3 subs your requested tomatoes…. There are no instructions on the receipt that state NO tomatoes… We followed what the order said.. If you want to see the receipt send me your direct email so I can show you 2 out of 3 subs you requested tomatoes… He did not listen to a word I said or read the complaint carefully. I said that only one was no tomato and there were tomatoes on all three so my daughter couldn’t eat any of the subs and she could have been hurt. So thank you so much Ryan Gwiazdowski so much for telling me that you followed what the order said but I did it through the app and I have my receipt and ONE of the subs where does it say tomato. Take some responsibility because I too work in food service and I take responsibility for my mistakes.

    All subways are pretty much the same right ? You can't beat it for the price and they make a reliably good sandwich. I know no matter where I am I can always go to subway and it will be good.
