- SKSerena KennedyJul 14, 20261.0We went there today in the drive-through and it was the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had, so much so that I’m writing a review (I rarely ever do). We had two drinks and a bacon, egg and cheese. My drink was a dunkalatte that was made fine, but when they made my mom’s order, it was completely wrong. She asked for an iced chai latte with almond milk. My mom cannot have regular milk because it makes her sick. We had to explain that multiple times to the workers because they tried to do half regular and half almond, even after we corrected them and told them she could ONLY have the almond milk. They even tried to argue with us that they could ONLY make the order with regular milk even though we know that’s not true since she’s had that adjustment easily made many times before and it’s literally just using a different kind of milk. We eventually got the order and took it quickly because we basically just wanted to be done with them after they didn’t understand basic food allergens, but after we left and started driving, we realized that they didn’t even make a chai latte AND there was regular milk in it. She asked for an iced chai latte, but she got an iced coffee (barely, as she described it was like drinking iced water with old coffee grounds mixed in) with the wrong milk, even though we reiterated it multiple times and it was labeled on the sticker of the cup what it was supposed to be. My mom is now feeling sick because these workers were not paying attention to the order and not listening to what we were telling them and we had to throw out the drink she paid for. Never coming back.

I ordered a large ice coffee just cream, I received a large ice coffee with some kind of flavoring in it. It was sweet and disgusting. I had to turn around and go back to get my right coffee. This has happened to me T least 8 times if not more. One time they gave me an ice tea with cream. I’m done with them. I would advise everyone to never go there. Susan 3/07/2023
