  Worst M&M blizzards of my life. Ice was already melting and there's was no M&M. Asked for napkins and got a dirty look instead.

  Why would you throw ketchup packets on the food? Unsanitary .Waited 30 minutes for barely warm food.

  I recently went here for some blizzards after dinner. Was initially very excited to get some ice cream but after the terrible custmer service interaction I had I left upset and not wanting it anymore. I ordered two blizzards and the lady at the drive through misheard me and made one of them wrong. When I told them they said they would remake it initially but then said I needed to pay for a new one because they believed “they weren’t wrong”. The Manager came out and was also very rude. All this over a small blizzard. I will not be returning to this location.

  I came to your location yesterday and an stunning drop dead gorgeous lady name Ciara took my order she was a little nervous I could tell she even said welcome to Wendy's lol 🤣. She quickly fixed that though when I got to the window we both laughed and she took my card. Young lady I can tell you aren't from here but I do know a good person when I see one. Up here in Connecticut is ice cold and people are rude. Never change that Sweet lovable Aura of yours stay kind and stay smiling your absolutely beautiful!!!! We will be back because of your bubbly attitude and welcoming spirit!!!
