The staff was okay but definitely distracted because mistakes were made and questions were repeated after asked, answered, and repeated back to us throughout the whole process. The music was not loud and there were only 2 people in the restaurant. The steak was extremely dry, chewy, and inedible. Everything is covered with an excessive amount of cilantro and the onion chunks were so large that the entire bowl tasted like onion and cilantro even with all of the other toppings that didn’t contain those ingredients and removing the onions from the bowl when I got home. I ordered Panera down the street because I genuinely couldn’t get through more than a few bites.

The service started off fine, the girl taking my order was nice but then got upset because she misheard what I ordered on one of my bowls. I don’t blame her, it was really loud in the kitchen. She was frustrated with having to remove the peppers from one of my bowls, she walked off and another employee came over to finish my order. The guy seemed equally annoyed and slammed my portions into the bowl, I felt like I had done wrong but I really wasn’t sure what exactly I did to upset them? There was only rice and peppers in the bowl so they were easy to pick off. After my 2 bowls were complete, 2 different girls checked me out, they were really sweet so I felt better. Once I got home, I started eating my bowl and found a long hair. Im not angry, just saddened by the whole experience because how was the service bad and hair in my food? Idk, if you wanted to come here it might be worth trying another location.
