I even tried out the new chili lime chips and my bag was half empty, my regular chips was just an empty. Not sure who is doing the online orders but this is horrible. This location used to be fair with portions compared to the rest but this is ridiculous. I’ll stop ordering from here there are other options.

The store is always a mess, your online orders are always messed up, and the staff is utterly rude. Tonight I had a missing item issue. The staff could not have cared less. I get it, they don't get paid enough to care, but why do I have to waste my time getting it corrected via support? Why is there no method for this location to indicate on the app that they have no chicken, steak, chips, guac, queso, etc? How am I able to order and pay for food that doesn't exist? It's because they're gambling that you won't care enough to pursue a refund. Other times I've been to this location I've seen borderline riots because they're refusing to make dozens of online orders due to being backed up. The staff told everyone to leave and contact online support, which is AI and inefficient. Contacting support usually takes me 30 minutes of waiting and back and forth with AI or an agent that barely cares. The agent will try to pacify you. You will not be compensated for your wasted time. This is a bad business model and it should not be supported. I used to love you, but you didn't love me back. I feel bad for the staff that have to suffer due to your poor business practices. If you have any sense of morality, principles, etc, you will not go to this store.
