- JNJillian NelsonMay 5, 20261.0I regularly come to this location but have been going to newington instead until today. Previously my experiences have not been excellent but not terrible. Tonight was another story. We sat in line for over twenty minutes before we even made it to the order station as the other line moved through cars quickly but ours did not. The lady who asked us for our order, we had a mobile order, was rude and acted like we were bothering her when we gave the name for our order. The food was beyond cold and the frosted coke I got was basically just milk. On top of that they forgot the Sprite we ordered so then we had to go back around in line. Now it could be argued that we should have noticed that our drink was missing but we were so relieved to finally get our food that when we realized we had fldeiven out of the drive through and had to immediately loop back. Will only be going to Newington location from now on. Glastonbury chick fil a is not good.

Then I got home to discover that my sandwich, which cost $10 (not for the meal, just for the sandwich) was missing sauce and toppings. I feel like if a medium combo is going to cost $15, it should come with the toppings I paid for. Especially considering this is a fast-food quality meal that was by no means fast.
