- ADASD DSAOct 7, 20261.0This is the last time I’m buying anything from this place. Overpriced, poor quality, and terrible customer service. The employees are rude and disrespectful, and instead of helping customers, they’re busy playing around and texting on their phones.
- SHsalma hSep 5, 20265.0Carter and Sara were lovely to me! Kept me entertained and the service was overall excellent! My drink was so good too!! Great hospitality

- DHdeanna hackettSep 2, 20261.0Disappointing service at the eBar inside Nordstrom at Westfarms. The staff appeared rude and unprofessional, frequently laughing among themselves, using their phones, and treating customers like an inconvenience. Even a simple request for water was met with an attitude, making the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The lack of professionalism and hospitality left me unwilling to return.
