  Excellent service and lunch here! Highly recommend! Food was delicious, cafe was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

  All the servers and cashiers are great here but I just wanted to take a moment to recognize a server Daiza, because her exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by her at both the Nordstrom Café and the Ebar, and every experience has been wonderful. She has such a warm, welcoming personality that immediately makes you feel comfortable. She’s attentive without being overbearing, always kind, and somehow manages to anticipate what you need before you even have to ask. It’s those little thoughtful touches that really make a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who treats every guest with genuine care instead of just going through the motions. She made me feel valued, checked in at just the right times, and her positive attitude truly elevated my visit. You can tell she takes pride in creating a great experience for everyone she serves. People like Daiza are a big part of what keeps me coming back. If you happen to visit the Café, I highly recommend asking for her. She consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s refreshing to be served by someone who is not only professional but genuinely kind. Thank you, for making every visit such a pleasant one!

  Good tasting good, good prices…Nordstrom restaurants always deliver a good experience. Cranberry Turkey is the go to at Marketplace and Bistro locations.
