- VWVon WiseOct 2, 20261.0This is the second time this exact issue has happened at this location (Store #340114 on Colt Highway in Farmington). Having worked at Dunkin' as my first job, I know standard procedure: a medium coffee automatically receives 3 pumps of swirl and 3 creams without the customer having to specify the count. However, the cashier manually entered "1 Pumpkin Swirl" and "1 Cream" on the register under the premise that she’d just "remember" to make it standard since she was working the drink station. Predictably, when the store got busy, the drink was made strictly according to what was printed on the cup sticker—1 pump and 1 cream—or forgotten entirely. This forced me to waste time driving back here to get the order remade correctly. This entire headache is easily preventable if staff ring up orders properly according to standard procedures instead of taking shortcuts. Management needs to address basic register entry with the team so customers don't constantly end up with wrong orders.
