  I had a pleasant experience for the most part. Matt was a wonderful waiter, although I had to ask for silverware and napkins. Food was delicious as well, except for the bread. Very yeasty and not tasty. My only complaint was your Host. Acted like he was mad at the world and had a chip on his shoulder. I know we're all dealing with stuff, but don't take it out on your customers.

  Terrible service. They dont honor reservations. Lady with brown bandana at the front desk kept making stories. They were overwhelmed by mother's day rush but they must honor reservations, otherwise whats the point of resy reservations. Won't plan any events here. Food is usually decent here. Been here several times in the past but won't plan again.

  I've eaten a few times now at Brio and usually not disappointed. The lamb chops with gorgonzola crust were heavenly. Our highlight of the night though was our serve Krystal, who was absolutely amazing and warm. Service will make a huge difference in a dining experience if you ask me.

  I had to take a moment to recognize Johnny at Brio Italian Grille. My daughter and I had an outstanding dining experience today, and it was largely because of him. From start to finish, Johnny delivered a level of service that is rare to find these days. It was clear he was short-staffed and managing multiple tables at once, yet you would never feel it as a customer. He handled everything with class, professionalism, and efficiency, making sure no one was left waiting or overlooked. That kind of composure under pressure speaks volumes. Now here is where he truly went above and beyond. My daughter and I tend to ask for things that are not on the menu, and today we were hoping for shrimp piccata. Without hesitation, Johnny stepped away from a busy floor, tracked down the chef who was upstairs in a meeting, respectfully interrupted, and made the request happen for us. And it was delivered. That level of initiative, confidence, and commitment to the customer experience is not something you can train, it is who he is. He knows the menu. He understands the food. He represents the brand exactly how it should be represented. In a time where customer service has taken a noticeable decline since COVID, Johnny stands out as a true professional and a rare breed in this industry. Brio Italian Grille would be wise to continue investing in and taking care of employees like him, because he is clearly taking care of your business and your customers.
