    What an amazing experience! I used to work for fine dining restaurants in SOBE and DC. One of the things that surprised me was the high level of service. Amanda was superb from the spiel and explaining the restaurant concept to the special attention to detail. She offered more bread without asking and refilled our sparkling water constantly. Applause to the training team and management. The food was equally delicious; I had the salad with grilled chicken and my friend had the Brio pasta. We are very happy, and I recommend this restaurant for your next meal. Thank you, Amanda, for the great service.

    We come to Brio every time we have a special occasion . We love the atmosphere and we love the food, but we truly enjoy our time here when we are fortunate enough to have Angel as our server. He is kind patient informative and professional. We truly love when we are seated in his section and he makes the whole experience better. I would give him six stars if I could. Brio is fortunate to have him on their staff and you’ll be lucky if you get him as your server. I hope all the servers are as good as he is.

    I had really high hopes for this place. We started off with a glass of wine and their version of a red sangria. The wine was fine, the sangria was far from resembling any form of sangria. It tasted like tropical fruit punch. Food: We asked if there was bread and oil. The waiter said yes, and looked at us like we had three heads when referencing oil. After some back and forth he finally understood what we were asking. Mind you we had to ask three times for the bread. When the bread finally came, after one of our appetizers did, it was warm and actually not bad. He served the oil with a huge pat of butter and shredded parm. We ordered two appetizers, the Shrimp and Eggplant which was really good. We also ordered the Gorgonzola encrusted Lamb Chops. We asked that they be cooked rare, to which our waiter told us they can only cook them medium. We requested on the rarer side of medium. What we received was a travesty. That beauty lamb was cooked well done. There were other couple sitting near us who had issues with their drink and food orders as well, but I can't speak for them. At one point a waiter came up to who I assumed to be the manager and stated that a customer wasn't happy with something they ordered. The waiter explained the situation to the manager who suggested a new dish. The waiter explained that they didn't want anything else but to have the dish removed from the bill. The managers respones was, "Did they eat it? If so were not taking it off." The waiter explained that they ate a little that was how they knew they didn't like it. They continued their back and forth as they walked away from us. The wait staff that we encountered was inattentive to us. When we sat at our seats, someone else had been there just before us and they never wiped the counter down. We had to ask two different people for our check. They didn't come over til the end to see if we wanted another drink or more food. In the end, Nice decor and ambiance Appetizers, 50/50 Staff, Inattentive, overwhelmed and understaffed
