  had a very disappointing experience at this Stop & Shop. While I was shopping, an employee was loudly using profanity during an interaction with another employee. I was standing nearby and clearly heard the language being used. I was only 8 years old at the time, and it made me feel uncomfortable and shocked because that’s not something a child should have to hear while shopping with family. On top of that, the employee had a rude attitude that made the whole situation even worse. Instead of acting professionally, they came across as disrespectful and didn’t seem to care who was around or listening. Stores like this should be a welcoming place for families, and employees should be expected to act professionally, especially when children and other customers are nearby. I understand that work can be stressful, but using profanity and displaying a bad attitude in front of customers is unacceptable. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and reminds employees that respect and professionalism should always come first. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on me, and I hope things improve for other families who shop here.
