  Do not go to this Panera. I found a big wrap in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Spent 60$ didn’t get my cookies and found a bug wrapped in my sandwich I can’t believe it.

  I ordered and sandwich and salad . Door dash delivered and sandwich was great. Salad i mixed in dressing and a long black hair was in the salad . Put in the garbage. Call the store no answer. Pissed

  (The new bagel recipe is soooo bad) I have been a loyal Panera customer for over six years, enjoying a bagel with my coffee almost every morning. Unfortunately, the recent recipe change has been a major disappointment — the new bagels are simply the worst I have ever had.

  I had a horrible experience ordering Panera through wonder. unfortunately there was a glitch in the system that modified my complete order causing them to send me nothing. I called the store and spoke to Kathryn who was so sweet and was able to address my issues and make sure i got the correct order. although i had a bad experience through the Wonder app, the actual restaurant was very pleasant and helpful in the process. Thank you ! Our food was great and worth the wait !

  Last few experiences of delivery was horrible. Tonight I received my Chicken salad without a chicken in it. Yesterday my order was just cancelled and i stayed hungry for dinner. Oh and yeah a couple times before either spoon or croutons were missing for the soup . THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!! I never experienced service like that at other locations . Love the food but horrible and neglectful service last couple times IN A ROW is a big disappointment.
