She gave me attitude telling me that because a coffee roll has glaze it can’t be warmed up because it does something to the machine. I said ok I’m curious what does it do to the machine? She gave me no answer just ignored me. I asked her repeatedly and no answer she said I told you already it does something to the machine. That when I got mad and she what does it do to the machine. She walks away and goes to her office her name was Joann supposedly the manager but doesn’t know how to act like one. Very unprofessional. Wont ever stop at that location again.
