- NPNimisha PatelAug 5, 20261.0The guy at the register (Jaelyn?) was too busy hanging out with the other employee — I had to call him multiple times to get his attention to place an order. After that he finally took our order and the coffee was filled to the brim. Almost passive aggressive. Then my husband requested another cup to empty out the extra coffee… the employee Jaelyn refused and said we had to pay. My niece was looking for the creamer (mind you this is a really small shop)… and he had the nerve to say, “if you want creamer you have to ask us”— he then waited for her to ask… brought it out and walked away. My husband tried calling him to return the extra creamer (God knows my husband has more patience than I do… I was done at this point). My husband called him 3 times. Anyways, the employee refused to take the creamer back and the colleague girl had to take it!!! Talk about AWFUL service. Hands down the worst service and makes me want to never stop at Dunkin in CT again!
- SMSheila MetcalfeJul 14, 20262.0Google kept telling me to take the exit while the exit is right after the service area where the Dunkin’ Donuts is so I didn’t take the entrance ramp to the rest area service area. It was saying take the exit so I took the exit afterwards and turns out that was incorrect, so I never made it to this Dunkin and I don’t think I’ll ever try to go to #1 again unless I’m out traveling and I really need to stop at a service area. I just wanted to pick up a morning coffee I suggest go to your nearest Dunkin’ Donuts that you can find and go into an actual Dunkin’ Donuts not a service area on 15.
