  Ordered online at 7pm, for a pickup at 7:40pm. My daughter travelled down to collect at the designated time. When she arrived, the order was not ready, where they were only completing orders with a 7:10pm pickup. Situation was chaotic witb customers everywhere. Staff were extremely abusive, yelling at waiting customers. Order was only ready at 8:30pm, but only after staff members called out the name of the order. However, during the final pickup, they could not locate the food. There were too many orders to determine whose was whose. It took an extra 5 mins to sift through to find the food that was ordered. Due to the explosive situation, my daughter was fearful of questioning what was going on. We even attempted to call the store to get someone on the phone to help with no avail. No one was answering calls. We did contact corporate customer service to complain, and were refunded, but would definitely not go there again after hearing how the staff treat customers.

  service was terrible girl named Camilla was really rude , no hair tie at all.kept making side comments using profound language , talking with another employee and laughing treating doordashers poorly . Touching face not washing hands it was disgusting, took over a hour for mobile orders!! She was overly rude , rolling eyes and all. That’s ridiculous, that’s is not protocol especially being I’ve worked in fast food setting. People on the line had earbuds in that’s un professional! Something needs to be done , this is not how chipotle runs!!! APRIL 30th , 5 PM!!!

  Very disappointing experience today. There was a long queue, and after waiting all that time, the chicken wasn’t even available. It’s frustrating to spend so long in line and then not get what you came for. At the very least, there should have been a sign or notice informing customers in advance.

  After paying with cash the cashier then tells me they were “out of change” and attempted to short me 75¢, then comes back with 65¢ saying that is all they had. When offering to pay with card he then responds it was to late i already paid.

  Terrible experience last Saturday. Chipotle opens at 10:45 which I think should mean ready to serve customers at that time. Waited 20 minutes to be served and I was first in line. Guacamole was brown and clearly left over from day prior. Waited another ten minutes to pay. What was most frustrating was the attitude of the one women working there when I asked if anyone was working the register. Awful attitude. Felt bad for the woman who was serving customers and working the register. She was working hard. I followed up with the Chipotle customer service email and they send me a generic, non personalized email they must send to anyone who writes them about a complaint. No offer of a refund or anything to make the situation right.
