After traveling quite a distance, it was refreshing to walk into a restaurant with friendly staff, no crazy line, and a clean dining room. What really stood out, though, was the portion size. I honestly haven’t received a bowl this full from a Chipotle in well over a decade. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the entire crew made for a genuinely enjoyable experience. If every Chipotle operated like this one, the chain would have a much better reputation. Great job to everyone working tonight!

One of the worst run locations I have ever been to and unfortunately this is my local chipolte.. If zero stars were an option that would be it.

She arbitrarily charged us extra for regular toppings that are corporate-policy free, and when we politely pointed out that we didn’t even receive extra portions, she completely dismissed us, saying, "You asked for extra, you get charged extra." To make matters worse, when we asked for her name so we could follow up with corporate, she rudely refused to give it to us. A head manager should know corporate portion/charging policies and, at the very least, shouldn't hide their identity when they fail at customer service. Check your receipts carefully at this location—they are making up their own charging rules and treating paying customers with total disrespect.
