    They lock the exit doors on one side and whole half an hour before they close. What happens if there's an emergency and people need to leave? One whole side of the store front exit is locked. Never have I seen exit doors locked if your closing.

    I’ve been a loyal Stop & Shop customer for years, and I feel compelled to share my experience since the switch to third-party delivery. Since Stop & Shop moved away from its in-house delivery service, my orders have been consistently unreliable. I’ve experienced late deliveries, incorrect items, and on more than one occasion, orders that never arrived at all. This has been a frustrating and frankly unacceptable change from the reliable service I was used to. When Stop & Shop managed deliveries in-house, I never had a single issue.

    I needed help finding a few items, and instead of just pointing me in the right direction, Arben personally guided me to everything I needed. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, genuinely friendly. He’s definitely an asset to Stop & Shop. That level of service and personality is rare these days, and it made a real difference in my experience.

    I have never experienced such unfriendly and rude staff. This includes the self-check out and Customer Services women. I will never shopping there again!
