Upon entering I got strange looks from two employees one with a black shirt and one cooking. A very kind female took my order of a medium Cajun fries. I thought I heard her say (ORIGINAL) fries so I corrected them by saying with a smile “the spicy fries “. The employee in the black shirt with a sarcastic tone said: yea! It’s Cajun! I smiled and said: oh cool! Thanks man! I used the bathroom, washed my hands and waited for my order #22. I grabbed my order, and walked out to eat it in my work truck. As soon as I look in my bag I had regular fries but the receipt says (CAJUN). So despite the receipt and me conversating with them that I wanted Cajun fries they sarcastically and vindictively gave me regular fries no salt NOTHING! As I’m walking back in the guy in the black shirt and the other white guy cooking fries were looking at me through the window laughing. As I walking I said: these are not Cajun with a smile on my face. Mind you I kept a cool calm spirit the entire time. That angered them, so he said: (i got something better, here’s a cup of Cajun and do it your self)… He hands me a cup of Cajun seasoning, walks away and rolls his eyes. I place the seasoning in my fries and shake it up myself on the counter. I don’t know what I did to get these guys to be disrespectful towards me as I was kind and generous the entire time. I am not sure if it’s my work uniform, or my skin color but they DID NOT LIKE ME! I would like to mention that I eat out all the time, and loved five guys but this one in particular just ruined it for me. I will never come here again or to any other five guys do to these guys behavior. It is people just like them that ruin big good companies like five guys with their entitled, passive aggressive attitude being disrespectful towards customers for no reason AT ALL. I encourage corporate to review the videos of me and my visit on 10/8/2026 at 12:20ish noon to see how kind and respectful I was the entire time despite their behavior. I would add that the lady at the register was very kind, and she even checked my food and receipt and noticed they were being jerks. She turned around and said: man that’s not cool! So Five Guys as long as these two guys keep working for you, this location and or franchise may go down under.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
