  Manager speaks quite loudly and I clearly hear him talking about customers very rudely.impossible to enjoy my meal.please lower tone so i can eat in peace with my children. 0 stars.

  Charging 12 dollars for a cold, stale sandwich and a black coffee should be considered criminal.

  I had ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, light and sweet with liquid sugar and cold foam was not given. Cold foam was not given liquid sugar, nor were they put on the tickets so the girl did not take my order right I asked for the meal deal on a croissant and I was still giving a bagel. I had already left and gone in twice before so I wasn’t going in again terrible service thanks.

  Had a drink made at another Dunkin in Enfield and it didn’t taste like it should so I stopped at the Scitico Dunkin and explained what happened and asked if they could add more of the strawberry flavor but instead the guy working just remade it for free and it was soooo much better!! Thank you to the staff working when I went. They were all so nice and went above and beyond today. Wish I got their names. It was two males and a female. Thank you (all three of you)
