She's always unfriendly, never smiles, seems to have issues with other customers. I stopped going to this location because of her. Hopefully you can correct this.

The normal girls know me, know my order and have always treated me good so I don’t mind paying the extra $4. That changed this morning. The young Puerto Rican girl with nose rings just cost that store a customer because of how unprofessional and rude she was. I’m a manager and if my employee ever acted the way she did towards my customers she would be terminated immediately. After I asked her to swap donuts she said she can’t take the food back, which is understandable. I told her I don’t want them and she proceeded to PURPOSELY drop the bag of food out of the drive through window, CLOSE the window and walked away. I will be calling corporate. No one on duty even knew how to give me a refund. Both girls were unprofessional and clueless.

I told her I didn't want whipped cream on top, but she put whipped cream on it anyway. I also ordered a hot coffee, but she refused to give it to me. I went inside, and her attitude was awful. She spoke to me sarcastically. I will never return to this place; they should change their staff.

And sure enough they did. With Flies on it munching away! BUT!! Let me say that it’s NOT the employees fault at all. There were two kind young ladies there and they made me THE BEST, MOST FRESH SANDWICH on a bagel EVERRRRRRRR!! So the fly on the donuts is corporates fault, because they should have the updated modern display counter enclosed in glass. So this is a corporate issue and NOT the employees issue.
