  Absolutely disgusted at customer service dari queen rewards main call center. When you call the corp reward center number, the horrible customer service now reflects at this location. I have gone to this location 4-6x a week for the same order to the point they know my order and i have never been asked or informed of a rewards program. I've lost out on all those points. When you call the main office for customer service rewards, they blame me for not knowing. Because i try to save a tree and not get a receipt Im suppose to magically know theres a program. They dont run commericals or TV ads that i am also suppose to know from them but again Im suppose to magically know about rewards. Then corp said the app says that too. When you go thru a drive thru you dont use an app. Customer service rep at main office number blamed me for not knowing, for not magical knowing on ads that dont exist in my area. VERY DISGUSTED so my choice for their incompetence and lack of customer service is now to go some where else. Its a shame it was great customer service at that location. I guess rewards are for the very select and lacks ownership of not having posted ANYWHERE AT the location. The less visiblity for rewards the more the profits are I guess. At least I'll save money by not going since its my fault for magically knwing about rewards program! Nice job customer service at dari queen reward main center!! Sorry Enfield, too sour of test in my mouth after talking to them.

  I am pretty sure they ignore any customizations when you make an order. The orders are usually incorrect.
