- JHJohn Harrison6 days ago1.0I travel for work a lot so I've eaten at Chipotle like everywhere in America. Just my luck the one in my hometown is consistently THE WORST location EVER. Bad enough that often we will drive to East Longmeadow Mass which is much further. ENFIELD, WHY IS THE FRIED VEGETABLE BIN ALWAYS EMPTY???? FRY SOME VEGETABLES!!! Every other location I eat at, always has a full bin. I'm not exaggerating, my last 15 visits in a row they're out of veggies. My wife doesn't eat meat so her bowl is very boring. I just strongly prefer the bowl with vegetables even as a meat eater. Also half the visits, the rice is not cooked enough and you will get bites where you think you chipped a tooth. Absolutely ridiculous. Today we vowed never to return to this location. Oh and wipe the tables , sweep the floor ... joke! Bad look for an otherwise great chain. Thanks East Longmeadow mass for doing it right (and every other location in the nation)

I was eating a Chicken Bowl from this Chipotle location, and halfway through, I found a dead fly inside the food as I was scooping it with my spoon. This is absolutely repulsive and unacceptable. The thought of what I might have already consumed makes me want to vomit. If there’s a dead fly in the bowl, I can’t even imagine how filthy their kitchen and food prep areas are. This is a massive health code violation. I am deeply traumatized by this experience and will NEVER eat here again. Stay away if you value your health!
