    This 5 stars is for the female employee here who saved my life from the spider on my windshield (that I swear had fangs) in the mobile thru lane tonight. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, but I'm eternally grateful. Best customer service I've ever received. I hope your pillow is always cold and you get a raise or even a medal for your bravery.

    I usually never have a problem but this is so nasty to not say anything but yall need to clean your machines. There is 0 excuse why there is mold in my drink. Thankfully I let it melt before I drank it cause EW. Then the best they can do is give another frosted coke….. LOL I rather not eat here anytime soon cause who knows what else they don’t clean.

    All that staff walking around doing nothing! We sat in line for 30 minutes and left with no food. There were 2 lines. I didn't know one was for mobile app orders until I was already in it. It was a high traffic time in a busy plaza and both lines were really long so there were no instructions as far back as I got in line and no way to switch once you're up there finding out you're in the wrong lane. But with the size of the barely moving line, we had time to download the app and sign in through Google. We tried to place an order (both of us downloaded it) but the app wasn't working. The location feature would not show any options to choode from, so we couldn't make a selection or place an order. So, now I'm frustrated, waiting in the wrong line, app not working, can't leave, feeling trapped. In all that time waiting in line, only one staff person stopped by our car. He asked if we had our order placed on the mobile app. I told him no, that the app wasn't working and that I didn't mean to be in this line. The employee said Sorry and walked away. Legit did not help or get anyone to help. Huge waste of time. The set up is terrible, the staff unhelpful. I will admit that after the staff didn't help, we entertained our hangry selves with the windows down and Big's Gimme Da Loot & Suicidal Thoughts on blast. Let's all be obnoxious together! And then we went across the street to McDonald's, were 2nd in line to order, and out of there with our food in 5 minutes. Gotta stick with the classics that know what they're doing.

    I LOVE THIS SPOT!!! Always enjoy seeing Anna working, she brings the sunshine into my day!! Everyone is always super friendly. I was surprised to see diapers in the woman’s bathroom for the babies and it was sooo amazingly clean in there with an amazing atmosphere!! Highly recommend eating here rather than anything else around!!!!!

    The worst customer service. We ordered ahead of time but when we pulled up to the window for the order, instead of giving us the food at the window, the person asked us to go to the parking lot. We were waiting at the parking lot for 10 minutes, no one was coming. We were the only car there so it wasn't a busy time. Eventually I went in, only to find my order was sitting at the counter and the staff was just talking to each other!
