- SAShiheartful amv'sJun 19, 20261.0I went to this Dunkin and I wanted to place an order for a strawberry cloud Matcha drink and when I told them that I don’t like the strawberry cold foam, I like the regular cold foam they told me that they can put it on there and when I got to the Window, they said that they had to charge me extra for the regular cold foam. At that point in time, I was extremely confused because the strawberry cloud Matcha drink already comes with cold foam. I just don’t like the strawberry one and I wanted the regular one so it wasn’t an extra add a cold foam. It was just a substitute literally the same price in fact probably cheaper because it doesn’t have any flavor in it and it’s regular, but they proceeded to argue. The fact that they have to charge me for a cold foam. That already comes with cold foam so screw this place horrible Dunkin’ Donuts don’t come here and this is one of the reasons why I don’t suggest people to go there and I also tell people to make coffee at home. It’s cheaper or go to Big Y. They have a great coffee department now.

- BYBecky YorkApr 21, 20242.0Ordered a Medium iced matcha this afternoon and this is what I got when it arrived. Matcha is expensive. To just dump it in a cup and send it out the door is tasteless. Don't put it on the menu if you can't make it right. A straw is not strong enough to stir through the bottom of this hardened mess. I would normally give your location a 4-5 star review but between this location and Windsor Ave, I am not getting consistent orders made correctly no matter what time of the day we visit. These photos are after it sat for the 10 minutes it took from the window to my house.
