- DBDebbie BarbourJun 27, 20261.0Stopped at this store this morning at the drive thru, the young man waiting on me I could not here him and asked him to speak up, which he did but when I drove up to pay the window was open the young girl at the grill was talking shit about me cause I asked the guy to speak up, I drove off I will never purchase from this store again, the manager needs to train the staff better on customer service, it isn't the first time I've been at the window and the staff has talked shit about a customer,

- MSMike SkemprisApr 22, 20261.0Hello all this is day 4 coming into this dunkin morning shift made my sandwich wrong told me to come in later on first day that they would be here all day to recieve gift card they said they come back in am next day came back to receive my sandwich wrong again that day called the store back said come in tomorrow speak to Brittany to get full meal on them went in store to Brittany not being there to food station telling me I said my order wrong and she would replace she said she isn't a manager I am and telling you I a manager and your wrong I'm not giving you a free meal I'll remake your sandwich that you told me wrong ..... what kind of service is this i know people make mistakes but 4x times thats ridiculous especially when my company comes here everyday if a higher up would contact me that would be great
