  This McDonalds was good. For some reason my App wasn't working so I had a code for a 1$ large drink. Even though it wasn't working, they gave it to me. Thanks for the great service.

  I pulled into the parking lot to order fries and a drink on the app. I usually always have a free fry on my app. I thought I ordered both but when I went through the drive thru and gave them my code the guy said nope it’s just the drink. You have to order it again. You can’t cancel it because I already pulled up the order. So frustrated I said I’ll pull into the parking lot and figure it out. Well an amazing lady about my age came out and gave me a nice hot perfect order of fries!! She even looked at my phone to make sure I wasn’t getting double charged. Shout out to Shannon! Employers need to hire “more experienced” workers. We have real customer service skills!!! ;)

  I guess that fast food joints are not expected to be places where you “enjoy” dining. But this particular location takes the cake for being the worst of the worst. There is no counter service (all orders are via a kiosk). Recently when I was there, the kiosks were malfunctioning (no receipts were getting printed). After placing and paying for my order, I waited for a while. When I finally got the attention of the person assembling orders and inquired about my order, she rudely said she saw my order but I hadn’t paid for it. I told her I did and she said to show me a receipt. I replied that the kiosk was not providing receipt, she accused me of trying to get a free meal. Shocked, I logged into my AMEX account to show her the transaction. After a few words were exchanged, she literally threw my order on the counter and walked away. Really??? I guess MD is not the friendly place to go when you’re in a mood for fast food.

  If I wanted a burger with no cheese I would have asked for a burger. When you order a plain cheese burger. The fing burger should come skin cheese
