  I will not be back. We can start with the outside it was ridiculously dirty. It looked like no one had cleaned in days. Next either the employee was heading into work or out of work because o had to navigate my way through her entire family. Then it wasn't the cleaned you on the inside . The drink station wasn't clean and I literally took the sandwich and. Didn't eat it. I won't be back. The Orange location is way better have never had a problem

  Joseph was awesome! Helped me out and service was quick and direct! Food is always amazing at the orange location don’t sleep!

  I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to Lexi and Diamond! They were both extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was made quickly and exactly right, and they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with positive attitudes and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to see employees who truly care about the customer experience. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the whole visit was smooth and enjoyable. Lexi and Diamond definitely made the experience stand out, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again!
