- DHDan Hilliard2 days ago1.0I’ve spent a good amount of money at Dunkin, so I was honestly disappointed when I was charged $1 for a cup of ice water. After being a regular customer and spending plenty at the establishment, I feel like charging for something as basic as ice water is unnecessary and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It’s not about the dollar itself — it’s about the principle and the customer experience. When you’re already spending good money at a business, you’d expect a simple cup of water to be a courtesy. Definitely something I hope Dunkin reconsiders.
- RMRobert MillerAug 11, 20262.0I went to use the men's ( not all gender ) restroom and the toilet was a mess and I wasn't expecting that cause I go there twice a month and for a few years of getting great service and was never dirty but the service of the food and drinks were fine as usual by the way so I didn't use It and I didn't want to clean It as I shouldn't have too you know and iam a cleaning fanatic since as a child my dad taught me. And there was a sign on the wall in there saying basically If it's not clean to my liking or anyone else I assume So it said it was a manager thing and basically You could tell them but I don't know If there was a manager on duty or not cause I didn't ask but one of the young girls working there I had told her about It and she said they clean it at closing time only and for me that's not acceptable In my eyes so I had used another restroom in a place nearby but I shouldn't had to and I really had to go badly. To this whom it may concern I hope something gets said about It to that 2 young ladies that's employed at that location. It was near closing time so who ever there names are that worked that shift on Friday the 7th of August. Thank you for listening to my complaint on here. I hope that when I go there again on the 22nd of August for a wrestling show across the street at P.A.P.W. ( PARADISE ALLEY PRO WRESTLING ) A QUICK SHOUT OUT BY THE WAY. I hope others who visit there won't get a unsanitary toilet in either bathrooms.

It was so disgusting that you wouldn’t like to buy anything from here. I wish I could post the pics here that I took of the restroom but I don’t want to disturb others.
