- PPParisAug 8, 20261.0This is genuinely the most chaotic and unprofessional Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I have continued coming here only because it’s close to my house, but after this morning, I’m done. There is a young female employee who seems to think screaming at customers is an acceptable form of customer service. This is NOT an isolated incident. I have had multiple experiences with her, and every single time she is yelling through the drive-thru speaker, rushing customers, and repeatedly shouting “CAN I HELP YOU?” before you can even get your order out of your mouth. This morning was absolutely ridiculous. My coffee wasn’t ready, so she told me to pull up. I pulled forward as instructed, and then she started SCREAMING out of the drive-thru window for me to “PULL UP!” I pulled up even farther into another area, and she continued screaming. At that point, I genuinely had no idea where she expected me to go or what she wanted me to do because instead of simply giving clear directions like a normal employee, she just kept yelling. I finally left WITHOUT the coffee I paid for because I was not going to sit there and be screamed at. I have never seen anything like this at a Dunkin’. Customers should not have to brace themselves for an employee to start yelling at them just to order a cup of coffee. If someone cannot communicate with customers without screaming, rushing them, and creating unnecessary confrontations, they should not be working a drive-thru window. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s behavior and provide some basic customer-service training. Judging by how comfortable she is speaking to customers this way, it seems like nobody has corrected it. I kept giving this location another chance because it was convenient, but convenience is not worth being treated like this. I will gladly drive farther from now on.
