- AMAutumn MasonMay 12, 20261.0I have asked nicely on multiple occasions for this dunkin to make me the 6$ meal. I’ve had half cooked bacon that wasn’t crispy or to burnt.ive also have requested white cheddar cheese on multiple occasions I have been given yellow cheese because I feel like the workers are lazy and don’t want to.so they do as they please.Today was the last straw I had asked for my normal order 6$ meal that I come here everyday for my order consists of the following : bacon egg and white cheddar cheese on a croissant bacon crispy with a medium iced coffee with 4 shots of caramel light and sweet and hash browns the hash browns are either soft and hot and not crispy like their suppose to be or cold and crispy no in between. Today I experienced soggy eggs that were not properly done they were uncooked with the yellow cheddar cheese.i made the request for it to be remade with white cheddar and they gave me the same breakfast sandwich with a cold peice of white cheddar cheese unmelted and the same worker( don’t know their name but that worker that works morning shift around 9:45am today she runs the drive thru )that have messed up my meal in the past have again messed up my meal today but took the extra mile to mess up once again.But today was the day I realized your establishment is staffed with people that don’t care about their customers they care about what’s convenient for them and i had to go get chick fil la for breakfast because you guys can’t get it together.work on your professionalism.and humanity please and thank you!🙃
