I’ve gone in both the morning and the afternoon, and it’s always the same: the pickup service is terrible. Even though the order is already placed, the wait time is extremely long, and the staff doesn’t seem organized when handling mobile orders. The whole point of using the app is to save time, but here it’s the opposite. They really need to improve efficiency and customer service at the pickup area. I do not recommend it if you’re in a hurry.

I ordered the same drink I usually get, and it came out tasting gross, like mostly oat milk and random flavoring I never asked for. I went inside and asked for a remake. Even though I stood there and watched them make it, it took forever, and then they left it sitting near the drive-thru instead of handing it to me. I stood there waiting another five minutes for someone to notice. The remake was just as bad as the first one. Terrible customer service and very frustrating overall.
